PFMC表面处理对镍铬合金镀金层Ni离子孔隙率的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨镍铬合金表面处理方式与其镀金后Ni离子孔隙率的关系。方法:将镍铬合金喷砂试件和镍铬合金抛光试件经过无氰镀金后,以二甲基乙二醛肟为指示剂采用贴滤纸法测定镍铬合金镀金层Ni离子的孔隙率。结果:镍铬合金抛光组镀金后Ni离子孔隙率的中位数为1,明显低于喷砂组的中位数2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基底表面抛光方法镀金后耐腐蚀性明显提高,孔隙率降低。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the reiationship between the surface treatment ways of nickel-chromium alloy and the Ni-ion poriness after its surface goldplated treatment.Methods:The Ni ion poriness of both the sand blasting samples and the polishing samples after cyanide-free gold-plated treatment was determinated with dimethylglyoxime as indicator by pasting filter paper of nickel-chromium alloy.Results:The Ni-ion poriness of nickel chromium alloy polished gold-plated group was significantly lower than that of the sand blasting group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of gold-plated polished surface of the basement shows the improved corrosion resistance and lower poriness.
