类风湿关节炎患者血清免疫球蛋白轻链测定和意义

目的探讨血清中免疫球蛋白游离轻链含量在类风湿关节炎中作用和意义。方法速率散射比浊法进行检测血清中κ、λ轻链。结果20例活动期类风湿关节炎患者和20例健康对照者血清κ轻链平均值分别为(11.94±2.99)g/L、(9.45±1.94)g/L;λ分别为(6.84±2.49)g/L、(5.39±1.14)g/L,κ、λ轻链在类风湿关节炎中显著高于对照组(p(0.01,p(0.05);κ/λ分别为为1.67±0.34、1.74±0.28,两组间无显著性差异(p(0.05)。结论类风湿关节炎患者血清中游离免疫球蛋白轻链的测定可望作为该病的一个免疫学参考指标。

Detecting and Clinical Significance of the Levels of Light Chain in Serum of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To evaluate clinical significance of the levels of light chain in serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Rate nephelometer measures was use to detect κ and λ light chains to each patient and healthy persons.Results The mean of κ chains of 20 patients with RA and 20 healthy person was κ: 11.94±2.99g/L、9.45±1.94g/L respectively;The mean of λ light chains was 6.84±2.49g/L、5.39±1.14g/L,.The level of κ and λ light chains of patients with RA and healthy persons was significant difference(p﹤0.01,p<0.05).The k/λratio was1.67±0.34、1.74±0.28,They were no significant differences(p>0.05).Conclusion Detecting the levels of κ and λ light chains in serum of patients with RA is a helpful immunological method to reumatoid arthritis.
