天然蜂王浆对兔呼吸运动的影响

摘    要:目的:观察天然蜂王浆(Royal jelly,RJ)对兔呼吸运动的影响。方法:36只雌性家兔和6只雄性家兔分为7组(n=6):⑴3个RJ干预组家兔先分别静脉注射0.3,0.5,0.7 mL的0.9%氯化钠溶液,10 min后再分别给予等体积的1%RJ溶液;⑵切断神经组家兔先切断主动脉神经和窦神经,然后静脉注射0.5 mL的0.9%氯化钠溶液,10 min后再注射0.5 mL的1%RJ溶液;⑶2个侧脑室注射组家兔分别侧脑室注射0.1 mL的0.9%氯化钠和1%RJ溶液;⑷6只雄性家兔为雄性对照组,给药方法同切断神经组。所有家兔均采用气管插管法记录实验开始后50 min的呼吸波变化,采用组内前后对照分析比较。结果:静脉注射不同剂量的RJ溶液后家兔呼吸即加深加快,于2 min时恢复至对照水平,但6 min后呼吸又开始加深加快,持续时间长达30 min以上,此变化呈剂量依赖性;侧脑室注射RJ溶液后呼吸变得深快,持续时间长达30 min以上;此变化以雌性兔更为明显。结论:一定剂量的RJ可以兴奋兔呼吸运动,其机制可能与直接作用于呼吸中枢或外周和中枢的化学感受器有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of royal jelly( R J) on respiratory movement of rabbit. Methods Total 42 rabbits,including 36 female rabbits and 6 male rabbits, were divided into 7 groups ( n = 6). Rabbits of three RJ intervention groups were intravenously injected 0.9% sodium chloride solution and 1% RJ solution with 0.3,0.5,0.7 mL at pre-treatment and 10 min post-treatment,respectively. The aortic nerve and sinus nerve was cut in rabbits of nerves block group before treatment,the rabbits were then intravenously injected 0.9% sodium chloride solution and 1% RJ solution with 0.5 mL at pre-treatment and 10 min post-treatment,respectively. Rabbits of two lateral ventricles injection group were injected 0.1 mL 0.9% sodium chloride solution and 1% RJ solution into lateral ventricles, respectively. Male rabbit group were administrated with the same method of nerve block group. The respiratory movement were recorded by tracheal intubation for 50 min, and the results were analyzed within group. Results The respiratory frequency and amplitude of rabbits were immedi- ately increased and deepened with a dose-dependent manner after RJ intravenous injection and recovered after 2 min, but the change was observed at 6 min once again and lasted over 30 min. The respiratory frequency and amplitude were also quickened and deepened after lateral ventricles injection with RJ solution and lasted over 30 min. The respiratory change was more obvious in female rabbits than that of male rabbits. Conclusion Royal jelly could stimulate the respiratory movement of rabbit with a certain dosage, which may correlate with its activation of respiratory center or stimulation of peripheral and central chemoreceptors.
