| 摘 要： | 本文研究了中药马钱子的主要成份马钱子碱、士的宁的镇痛作用,并与哌替啶作了比较。小白鼠醋酸扭体法:①量效关系:马钱子碱、哌替啶抑制ip HAC引起的扭体半数有效量(ED_(50))分别为12.68(8.12～14.15)mg/kg;2.69(2.21～3.29)mg/kg(Litchfield-Wilcoxon-method)。士的宁与对照组无显著差异。②时效关系:马钱子碱抑制扭体作用持续时间较哌替啶为长约4倍。小白鼠热板法:马钱子碱、哌替啶在一定剂量和时限内均有明显镇痛作用,士的宁无显著镇痛作用。马钱子碱39.81(38.95～51.29)mg/kg、哌替啶41.69(38.19～45.5)mg/kg时,两药100min时限内平均镇痛阈提高百分率相等。

| Abstract: | The analgesic effect of brucine and strychnine in mice compared with that of
pethidine with HAC writhing test and hot plate method. The results of HAC writh-
ing test showed that inhibiting potency of brucine on mice was less than(1/6.4-1/2.4)
that of pethidine.The ED_(50) of brucine and pethidine was 12.68 (8.12-14.15)
mg/kg, 2.69(2.21-3.29) mg/kg (Litchfield-wilcoxon method) respectively .Strych-
nine had no significant inhibiting effect. Time-effect relation obtained from bruci-
ne and pethidine against writhing on mice was that the duration of inhibiting effect
of brucine was about four times as long as that of pethidine. The results
of hot plate test showed that brucine and pethidine had significant analgesic effect,
Whereas strychnine had none. In a period of 100 min, The elevated values of the
the mean pain threshold of brucine <39.81(38.95-51.29)mg/kg> was the
same as that of pethidine <41.69,(38.19-45.5) mg/kg>. |
