摘    要:差异教学既是一种教育理念,又是一种开放的教学系统.在教学实践中,因教师的差异、学生的差异、教学环境与资源的差异,影响了课程的教学效果、知识与能力的迁移.差异是客观存在的,弥合差异的最佳方法是采用差异教学策略.教育技术公共课是培养教师教育技术能力的主渠道.只有依据差异选择不同的教学方法、教学组织形式、教学模式、教学环境、教学评价,才能落实课程教学目标、优化课程教学效果.
