| 摘 要： | 目的了解结核分枝杆菌对抗结核药物异烟肼、力克肺疾的耐药情况。方法采用绝对浓度法对结核分枝杆菌作异烟肼、力克肺疾耐药性试验。结果3087株结核分枝杆菌的异烟肼、力克肺疾总耐药率为51.60%、13.12%。异烟肼与力克肺疾相比耐药率高,两者之间有显著差异(P0.01)。结论临床上可以选用力克肺疾替代异烟肼作为初治、复治、耐药结核病的治疗用药和结核病感染者预防用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the drug resistance of isoniazid and pasiniazid to tuberculosis bacili.Methods Using method of absolute mycobacterium tuberculosis,isoniazid,and pasiniazid resistance test was conducted.Results Among the total of 3087 mycobacterium tuberculosis strains,the drug resistance rates for isoniazid and pasiniazid were respectively 51.60% and 13.12%:(P<0.01).Conslusion Isoniazid is different from pasiniazid in terms of the drug resistance rates.Pasiniazid may replace isoniazid as the mediati... |
