Abstract:	Objectives The goal of this study was to define the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy in evaluating uterine cavity compared to endometrial biopsy in women presenting with postmenopausal bleeding and thick endometrial mucosa with particular attention to endometrial hyperplasia and carcinoma.
