肝源性糖尿病中医辨证论治总结及体会

肝源性糖尿病为肝病患者常见的继发性疾病,西医治疗方式较单一,不能满足患者需求。中医认为本病病机为肝病及脾,辨证可分为肝气郁滞、肝胃郁热、肝肾阴虚、肝阳气虚、瘀血阻络等类型,在辨证论治的基础上,可取得良好的临床效果。文章整理总结部分肝源性糖尿病中医辨证论治经验,并举例验案一则提供参考。

Summary and Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine Differential Treatment to Hepatogenous Diabetes

Hepatogenous diabetes is common secondary disease in patients with liver disease.Western medicine treatment is too single to meet the needs of patients.TCM pathogenesis of this disease is considered as the illness of liver and spleen.The symptoms could be divided in to liver qi stagnation,Yu liver and stomach heat,liver and kidney yin deficiency,liver yang deficiency,blood stasis and other types.We can get a good clinical results base on the differential treatment.This text includes the experiences of the therapies in traditional Chinese medicine,diabetes,and a case report to reference.
