莪棱胶囊对子宫内膜异位症痛经及血清EmAb CA125的影响

目的：观察莪棱胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,治疗组服用莪棱胶囊,对照组服用孕三烯酮。观察两组治疗前后VAS评分及血清CA125、EmAb。结果：莪棱胶囊对气滞血瘀型内异症痛经疗效显著,可有效降低患者VAS评分及血清CA125,改善EmAb,与孕三烯酮组疗效相似（P〉0.05）。结论：莪棱胶囊可有效改善气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位症的痛经症状,可能与其下调血清CA125、促进EmAb转阴有关。

Clinical Study of Eleng Capsule on Dysmenorrhea Patients with Endometriosis

Objective：To observe the effect of Eleng Capsule on dysmenorrhea patients with Endomertriosis.Methods ：Sixty patients were randomized into two groups ：treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by Eleng Capsule and control group in which 30 cases were treated by gestrinone.Dysmenorrhea scores,the serum levels of EmAb and CA125 before and after treatment were compared.Results ：The Scores of dysmenorrhea were significantly reduced after treatment,and also the high serum levels of CA125 and EmAb were significantly reduced in both of the two groups（P0.05）.There was not any significant difference between Eleng group and gestrinone group（P0.05）.Conclusion ：Eleng Capsule can effectively relieves the dysmenorrhea of endometriosis of qi-stagnation and blood—stasis syndrome possibly by down-regulating serum levels of CA125 and EmAb.
