摘    要:目的:优化丹参总酮的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以丹参酮ⅡA和丹参总酮的含量为指标,优选丹参总酮的最佳工艺条件。结果:丹参饮片中丹参总酮的最佳提取工艺为:6倍量60%乙醇回流提取3次,0.5h/次。结论:该提取工艺设计合理,简单易行。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extracting technology of total tanshinone in Salviae miltiorrhiza.Methods :With the content of Tanshinone ⅡA and total tanshinones as the observation index,the conditions for the extraction of total tanshinone were studied by the orthogonal experiment.Results :the optinum extracting conditions were as follows with 6 times of 60% ethanol,each 30min,three times.Conclusion :this procedure was convenient,appropriate and feasible.
