| 摘 要： | 原发性IgA肾病是一种常见的肾小球肾病,近年来发病率有升高的趋势。西医治疗中,在治疗蛋白尿方面仍以免疫抑制剂为主;中医治疗方面,国内众多医家基于中医基本理论提出了不少新的治疗方法。中西医结合仍是IgA肾病治疗的最主要方向。

| Abstract: | Primary IgA nephropathy is a common glomerulonephropathy.The incidence rate of it trends towards higher in recent years.In Western medicine treatment,to use immunodepressant is the most important way of reducing proteinuria.In TCM treatment,many civil doctors have put forward a lot of new therapy on the basis of the Basic Theories of Chinese Medicine.On the whole,combining traditional Chinese and western medicine is a relatively better way to cure this disease. |
