| 摘 要： | 目的：观察胃舒通颗粒对大鼠慢性胃炎的作用。方法：采用去氧胆酸钠加乙醇灌服大鼠制作慢性胃炎模型。测定给药后大鼠胃液分泌量、胃酸PH、胃液总酸度值、胃蛋白酶活性的变化。结果：与模型组相比,使胃液pH值降低,胃酸分泌量增多,使胃蛋白酶的活性降低,胃黏膜的损伤减轻。结论：胃舒通颗粒对慢性胃炎大鼠胃液有调节作用从而起到保护胃黏膜的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： Observe the function of WeiShuTong particles to cure mice chronic gastritis. Methods： Irrigate the mice chronic gastritis model by using deoxycholic acid sodium plus ethanol. Test the gastric acid secretion, PH, total gastric acidity value, total pepsin activity of change after irrigation. Results： Compared with model group, WeiShuTong particles reduce the gastric acid secretion, pH value, lower the activity of pepsin, and lighten the gastric mucosal injury. Conclusion： WeiShuTong particles have adjustment function toward the gastric acidity of the chronic gastritis mice and also protect the gastric mucosa. |
