| 摘 要： | 亚健康状态发生率呈逐年增加趋势,但目前对亚健康的概念、内涵、分类等问题缺乏统一认识,从而不利于亚健康评价、干预体系的建立。文章对亚健康的定义、范畴、分类等理论问题进行了文献回顾,总结了亚健康理论研究的现状。

| Abstract: | The prevalence of sub-health is increasing yearly, but now there is no agreement on the concept, category and taxonomy of sub-health. It is a disadvantage of system establishment on sub-health evaluation and intervention. Through the literature review method, this article discussed the concept, category and taxonomy of sub-health, and summarized the status of theory study on sub-health. |
