促红细胞生成素与复方丹参滴丸合用对多发性骨髓瘤贫血和高血黏的影响

目的：观察促红细胞生成素与复方丹参滴丸合用对多发性骨髓瘤的贫血和高血黏的影响。方法：32例维持性血液透析患者随机分为两组,对照组14例行化疗及大剂量EPO治疗,治疗组18例在如上治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸,两组疗程16周。观察两组患者治疗前后血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞比容（Hct）、红细胞计数（RBC）、血液流变学等指标的变化。结果：16周后,两组贫血明显改善,平均Hb、RBC无明显差异,但对照组治疗后Hct值高于治疗组（P〈0.05）;两组全血高切、低切黏度升高,治疗组升高幅度小于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：促红细胞生成素与复方丹参滴丸合用对多发性骨髓瘤患者的贫血及高血黏状态有良好的改善作用。

Erythropoietin Combined with Danshen Dropping Pill on Multiple Myeloma Anemia and the Impact of High Blood Viscosity

Objective：Erythropoietin and Salvia Pill Combination on the anemia of multiple myeloma and the impact of high blood viscosity.Methods：32 cases of hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group 14 patients received chemotherapy and high-dose EPO treatment group treated 18 cases on the basis of the above plus compound Danshen dripping pills,two groups of treatment for 16 weeks.Patients were observed before and after treatment hemoglobin（Hb）,hematocrit（Hct）,red blood cell count（RBC）,blood rheology were observed.Results：After 16 weeks,both groups significantly improved anemia,the average Hb,RBC was no significant difference,but the control group after treatment Hct higher than the treatment group（P0.05）;two whole blood high shear,low shear viscosity increases,increased rate of treatment group than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Erythropoietin and the combination of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill on multiple myeloma patients with anemia and high blood viscosity state with a good improvement.
