中西医结合治疗高血压脑出血临床观察与护理

目的：观察中药息风醒脑通腑化瘀方配合微创颅内血肿清除术治疗急性高血压脑出血的临床疗效,探讨高血压性脑出血的术后护理方法。方法：将急性高血压脑出血85例随机分为两组,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上,服用中药息风醒脑通腑化瘀方,配合中医特色护理。对照组单用常规西医治疗,常规护理方法。治疗前后均进行血液流变学检测、脑CT检查,并进行神经功能缺损程度评分。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组;治疗组颅内血肿容积的减小及血肿吸收率亦高于对照组;血液流变学指标的改善优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗高血压脑出血有较好疗效;对患者采用科学、有效的护理措施可减少术后并发症,促进患者康复,提高生存质量。
