中西医结合治疗正畸患者牙周炎临床研究

目的：观察中西医结合治疗正畸患者牙周炎的临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照方法,将符合纳入标准的病例100例随机分为两组。治疗组50例给予中药玉女煎配合龈上洁治术以及龈下刮治术等牙周基础治疗,中药每日1剂,水煎服,10天为1个疗程。对照组50例仅给予牙周基础治疗。诊疗标准参照1994年国家中医药管理局发布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》的相关标准。结果：经1个疗程治疗后,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗正畸患者牙周炎的临床疗效较满意,值得临床推广。

Clinical Research about Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Orthodontic Patients with Dental Arthritis

Objective：Observe the Clinical Efficacy that treating orthodontic patients with dental arthritis with the Traditional Chinese and western medicine methods. Methods：The study adopt random contrasting medthod.We divide the 100 cases which accorded with including criteria into two parts. In the treatment group of 50 cases we give Chinese medicine Yu Nvjian to oral dose by decocting in water one time a day,10 days for a course of treatment. Subgingival castling peration and subgingival scaling are also used in this group. In control groups of 50 cases we only adopt subgingival scaling operation and subgingival scaling to treat the patients. The criterion of Diagnostic and therapeutically effect is based on the relevant standard of＂TCM Diagnosis Efficacy of the Standard Certification＂issued by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Result：After a course of treatment,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy is satisfied that treating the orthodontic patients with dental arthritis with the Traditional Chinese and western medicine methods and the method is worthy to be popularized.
