药穴指针疗法治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效观察

目的：观察药穴指针疗法治疗功能性消化不良的疗效并初步探讨其作用机理。方法：将功能性消化不良患者182例随机分成两组,治疗组105例,采用药穴指针疗法治疗,每日1次,每次16min,连续3周;对照组77例,采用口服多潘立酮片治疗10mg,每天3次,餐前半小时服用,连续3周;两组治疗前后均检测餐前、餐后胃电图变化。结果：治疗组与对照组临床总有效率分别为89.52%、75.32%,两组比较有显著性差异,P〈0.05;治疗后两组主要症状积分比较也有显著性差异,P〈0.05。结论：药穴指针疗法可显著改善FD患者的主要症状,增强胃肌电活动,增加胃电图的主频及主功率,使紊乱的胃电节律趋于正常,其疗效确切,无毒副作用,易为患者接受,为FD提供了一种新的治疗思路。

Drug Points Pointer Therapy of Functional Dyspepsia Clinical Observation

Objective：To observe the drug therapy pointer points the efficacy of the treatment of functional dyspepsia and to explore its mechanism.Methods ：182 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,105 patients with drug therapy pointer points a day 1,every 16min,for 3 consecutive weeks ;control group,77 patients with oral domperidone tablets in treatment of 10mg,3 times per day,taking half an hour before a meal for 3 weeks ;groups were detected before and after treatment fasting,postprandial EGG changes.Results ：The treatment group and control group clinical total effective rate was 89.52%,75.32%,the two groups had significant difference,P0.05 ;the main symptom score after treatment compared the two groups are also significant differences,P0.05.Conclusion ：The drug acupoint therapy can significantly improve the pointer FD patients with major symptoms,enhance gastric myoelectrical activity,increase the frequency and the EGG dominant power,so that the gastric electrical rhythm disorders tended to be normal,its curative effect,non-toxic side effects,easy for patients to accept,for the FD provides a new treatment ideas.
