中医黄疸病因病机研究

黄疸是临床常见病症之一,以目黄、身黄、小便黄为主症,现多见于急慢性肝炎、胆道结石、肝硬化、慢性溶血及肝癌、胰头癌、胆管癌等疾病。文章结合历代医家对于黄疸的认识,将黄疸形成的病因病机进行系统分类并加以论述,为临床黄疸的辨治提供一定思路。

TCM Etiology and Pathogenesis of Jaundice

Jaundice is a common clinical condition,one with yellow eyes,yellow body,yellow urinebased disease.It is more common in acute and chronic hepatitis,bile duct stones,cirrhosis,chronic hemolysis and liver cancer,pancreatic cancer,bile duct cancer and other diseases.This article discuss on etiology and pathogenesis of jaundice,combining ancient physician awareness of the jaundice,for the treatment of clinical jaundice in the debate to provide some ideas.
