| 摘 要： | 大量临床实践表明,四逆散确能调和肝脾,用于肝脾不调所致的各种病症。从四逆散诸证与肝脾不调的关系以及四逆散的配伍关系入手,分析四逆散的病机,认为四逆散证病机虽为少阴阳郁,但与肝脾不调的病机变化并不矛盾,两者之间存在着内在联系。

| Abstract: | Alarge quantity of clinical practice indicates：Sinisan can regulate the function of the liver and spleen,and treat all kinds of symptoms from imbalance of the liver and spleen.On the basis of relationship of Syndromes and of the liver and spleen,and compatibility of Sinisan,the author analyzes pathogenesis,then considers that the pathogenesis of syndromes of disease with Sinisan is shaoyin channel closure by yangqi,which is not contradictory with imbalance of the liver and spleen,so there is internal relation. |
