临床护理路径联合整体护理在玻璃体切割联合玻璃体腔注药手术护理中的应用

目的：评价临床护理路径联合整体护理在玻璃体切割联合玻璃体腔注药手术治疗外伤所致眼内炎患者的实施效果。方法：将68例外伤所致患者随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组34例采用传统的医疗护理模式,实验组34例实施临床护理路径,比较两组患者各项观察指标。结果：两组患者在术后视力恢复、眼压、患者满意度、健康知识掌握情况等方面差异存在显著性。眼球萎缩、视网膜脱离在两组中发病率无明显差异。结论：临床护理路径联合整体护理流程合理、效果良好,用于玻璃体切割联合玻璃体腔注药手术治疗外伤所致眼内炎患者围手术期的护理,可有效提高护理质量及患者满意度。

Clinical Pathway and Holistic Nursing in Vitrectomy Combined with Vitreous Chamber Infusion Operation

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of Clinical pathway and holistic nursing in vitrectomy combined with vitreous chamber infusion operation on entophthalmia caused by trauma. Methods： 68 patients were enrolled into a randomized controlled clinical trial,and traditional nursing was given to 34 patients and clinical pathway and holistic nursing as control to other 34 patients. Results：The efficacy of treatment by new nursing model is significantly in eyesight,intraocular pressure,patients＇ satisfaction, health knowledge. There is no significant difference between the two groups in eyeball atrophy,retinal detachment（P0.05）. Conclusion：Clinical pathway and holistic nursing is rational in vitrectomy combined with vitreous chamber infusion operation on entophthalmia caused by trauma can get favourable effect and satisfaction.
