| 摘 要： | 建立消痤冲剂的微生物限度的检验方法。通过在样品1∶10、1∶50、1∶100 3个稀释级及薄膜过滤法中加入药典规定的阳性菌,根据阳性菌的回收率确定适宜的检验方法。样品在3个稀释级对细菌均有抑菌作用,采用薄膜过滤法抑菌作用消除;样品在1：10稀释级对白色念珠菌有抑菌作用,1：50稀释级抑菌作用消除。

| Abstract: | Through in the sample 1：10,1：50,1：100 3 dilution level and in the medium dilution method joins the pharmacopoeia stipulation the masculine fungus,according to masculine fungus returns-ratio determination being suitable inspection procedure.The sample has the bacteriostasis function in 3 dilution levels to the bacterium,uses the medium dilution method bacteriostasis function elimination。The sample has the bacteriostasis function in 1：10 dilution level to the white rosary fungus,1：50 dilution level bacteriostasis function elimination. |
