小柴胡汤临床应用探析

小柴胡汤是《伤寒论》和解少阳、条理枢机的代表方剂。由于少阳位于半表半里之间,内系胆及三焦,涉及病位广泛,病症繁杂。所以小柴胡汤方中寒热并用,表里同治,升降相因,有和解少阳,疏畅气机,调节升降,宣通内外的作用。临床上小柴胡汤不仅可以治疗伤寒少阳病,而且对内外妇儿杂证中需和解、调和、缓和者均有一定疗效,现将其作用机制总结如下。

Analysis of Clinical Application of Xiaochaihu Tang

Xiaochaihu Tang is originate from Shanghan Lun and it is the Abstractive：Emblematic decoction of the reconciliation of Shaoyang.Shaoyang is located between Biao and Li;it has tight connection of gallbladder and Sanjiao.So in this decoction we use cold-nature drugs and hot-nature drugs together,we treat exterior syndrome and interior syndrome together,also we match the property of a medicine with Sheng and Jiang together.Thus this medicine can reconciliation of Shaoyang,make the operation of Qi smooth,diffusing and obstruction-removing the inside and outside of the body.In clinic,Xiaochaihu Tang not only can heal the Cold-induced Febrile Diseases of Shaoyang,but also be used in the department of in Internal Medicine,Gynecology,and Pediatrics to heal the disease which is need reconciliations.In this study we summarized the mechanism of clinical application of Xiaochaihu Tang.
