三七吴茱萸对大鼠“寒瘀凝滞型”心肌缺血血液流变学的影响

目的：通过大鼠心肌缺血（寒瘀凝滞型）模型,观察三七吴茱萸流浸膏对大鼠心肌缺血（寒瘀凝滞型）的影响。方法：将60只WISTER大鼠分为6组,即：等体积生理盐水组,模型组,阳性组,大、中、小剂量组,每组10只,除生理盐水组外,其他各组大鼠每天饲以高脂饲料（含1%胆固醇,10%猪油,0.7%甲基硫氧嘧啶,88.8%基础饲料）[1],实验时间为28天,从第19天同时给药,阳性组每天1粒复方丹参片,大、中、小剂量组剂量分别为：10、5、2.5g/kg,每天1次。除生理盐水组以外,其余各组均从第25天开始在灌胃1h后,以2.5mL/kg的剂量腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素,并同时将大鼠放入0℃冰水中3min,每天1次,连续3天,最后一次注射24h后,用0.3%的戊巴比妥钠以30mg/kg剂量麻醉大鼠。麻醉后将大鼠仰窝放置,开胸取血（抗凝）,用全自动血液流变仪测全血黏度（高、中、低切）、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、全血还原黏度（高、中、低切）、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形指数及红细胞电泳指数。结果：与模型组相比,各药物组均能显著改善血液流变学各项指标,且有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：吴茱萸三七流浸膏有良好的抗心肌缺血作用,能改善心肌缺血症状,有效的保护和治疗寒瘀型的心肌缺血。

Effects of Notginseng Dcoction on Hemorrheology of Model Rats with HanYu Myocardial Ischemia

Objective：Through the model rats with HanYu acute myocardial ischemia To study the effects of notginseng dcoction on the hemorrheology of model rats with HanYu acute myocardial ischemia.Methods ：divided 60 WISTER rats into six groups,namely ：an equal volume of saline group,model group,positive group,large,medium and small-dose group,n = 10,in addition to saline group,the other rats of each days were fed with high fat diet（containing 1% cholesterol,10% lard,0.7% methyl-thiouracil,88.8% reference diet）,experimental time was 28 days,from the first 19 days at the same time administration,positive group a compound Danshen tablets a day,large,medium and small dose group doses were ：10g/kg,5g/kg,2.5g/kg,once a day.In addition to saline group other than the other groups were started from the first 25 days after gavage 1 hour to 2.5mL/kg dose intraperitoneal injection of isoproterenol,while the rats were placed in 0℃ ice water in 3 minutes,once a day for three consecutive days,after the last injection of 24,with 0.3% in order to 30mg/kg dose of sodium pentobarbital anesthetized rats.Yang-nest rat after anesthesia to place,open-chest to take blood（anticoagulant）,with automatic Blood instrument measuring whole blood viscosity（high,medium,low shear）,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,whole blood reduced viscosity（high,medium,low cut）,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte rigidity index,erythrocyte deformability index and index of erythrocyte electrophoresis.Results ：notginseng dcoction could markedly decrease the whole blood viscosity,plasma relative viscosity and aggregation index of red blood cell in lemostasis rats,notginseng dcoction could improve hemorrheology in lemostasis rats.Compared with the model group,the drug groups have obvious effect on han-yu acute myocardial ischemia（P0.01）.Conclution ：notginseng dcoction has nicer effect against myocardial ischemia.It can ameliorate the symptom of myocardial ischemia and cure the HanYu myocardial ischemia.
