桑枝总黄酮提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠的作用研究

摘    要:目的:观察桑枝总黄酮提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白及胰岛素抵抗的影响,探究其可能的作用机制。方法:采用高糖高脂饮食加小剂量链脲菌素建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,灌胃给药14天后测定空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、空腹胰岛素(FINS),计算胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)等。结果:桑枝总黄酮提取物能够明显降低2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、糖化血清蛋白,提高胰岛素敏感性指数,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:桑枝总黄酮提取物可降低2型糖尿病大鼠血糖并能够改善IR。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of mulberry falconoid extract on the fasting blood glucose,glycosylated serum protein and insulin resistance of rats with type 2 diabetes and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods:The model of Type 2 diabetic rats is established by offering high glucose and high fat diet plus low-dose streptozotocin.After the rats have taken the medicine for 14 days,we start to measure its fasting plasma glucose(FPG) ,glycosylated serum protein(GSP) ,fasting insulin(FINS) ,and calculate the insulin sensitivity index(ISI) ,ect.Results:The mulberry flavonoids extract can significantly lower blood glucose,glycosylated serum protein,and improve insulin sensitivity index.Compared with the control group,the difference is of statistical significance(P〈0.01) .Conclusion:The mulberry falconoid extract can reduce blood glucose and improve IR of rats with type 2 diabetes.
