复方鱼腥草糖浆治疗小儿肺炎疗效观察

目的：探讨自制复方鱼腥草糖浆治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法：将134临床诊断为小儿肺炎的患儿随机分为两组,治疗组71例,应用自制的复方鱼腥草糖浆口服与常规方法（抗感染及对症支持等）联合治疗;对照组63例,单纯应用常规方法治疗。结果：治疗组退热时间、肺部罗音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组的痊愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：复方鱼腥草糖浆口服治疗小儿肺炎可提高痊愈率,缩短治疗时间。

Effect of Compound Yuxingcao Syrup to Treat Children with Pneumonia

Objective：To explore the effect of compound Yuxingcao syrup to treat children with pneumonia. Methods：134 children with pneumonia which had been made clinical diagnosis were randomly divided into two groups：a curative group and a control group. 71 children with pneumonia were in curative group which were treated by compound yuxingcao syrup also combined with conventional therapy. Conventional therapy was included：anti-infective,symptomatic therapy and so on. 63 children with pneumonia were in control group which were treated only with conventional therapy. Results：In the curative group the time for abated of a fever,eliminated the rale of pulmonary and cough were shorter than the control group（P0.05）. The cure rate of the curative group was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion：To treat children with pneumonia by used compound Yuxingcao syrup could higher the cure rate and shorter the therapy time.
