黄精总多糖含量分析

摘    要:目的:对黄精总多糖含量测定方法进行研究,测定并比较不同产地生黄精和贵州不同炮制品黄精总多糖含量。方法:紫外分光光度法。结果:10个不同产地生品黄精总多糖含量在1.09%-6.79%;测定黄精不同炮制品总多糖含量,其中黑豆制黄精总多糖含量最高为9.23%,蒸黄精黄精总多糖含量最低为1.19%。结论:不同产地黄精和各种炮制品总多糖含量存在差异。
