持续质量改进在预防留置尿管并发尿路感染中的应用

目的：探讨预防留置尿管并发尿路感染的持续护理质量改进。方法：成立留置导尿CQI小组,界定其职责,制定相应的质量改进方案。按照PDCA的护理程序进行持续护理质量改进。结果：留置导尿患者尿路感染的发生率由24%下降至6.5%。2009年5月—2010年1月的留置尿管患者尿路感染发生率较2008年11月—2009年4月的留置尿管患者尿路感染发生率明显下降,比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对留置尿管患者进行持续护理质量改进,避免了因尿路感染而对患者造成的身体损伤和心理压力,降低了医疗成本,提高了患者满意度,真正做到了防患于未然。

Continuous Quality Improvement in Prevention of Catheter Urinary Infection

Objective：Indwelling urinary catheter to prevent complications of urinary tract infection continue to improve the quality of care. Method：The establishment of indwelling catheter CQI team,define its role,to develop appropriate quality improvement program. In accordance with the PDCA continuous nursing care quality improvement program. Results：Indwelling catheter in patients with urinary tract infection rate from 24% down to 6.5 percent. May 2009—2010 years,in January of the indwelling catheter in patients with urinary tract infection rate in November 2008 to April 2009 of the indwelling catheter in patients with urinary tract infection rate decreased significantly,there was statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion：Indwelling catheter in patients on continuous improvement of quality of care to avoid urinary tract infections due to physical damage caused to the patient and psychological stress,reduce health care costs,increase patient satisfaction,they could really take preventive measures.
