| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定丹芪偏瘫胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。方法：采用WatersXTerra柱,以乙腈-水-冰乙酸（13∶86∶1）为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为231nm。结果：芍药苷在0.005-0.08μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为97.61%,RSD为2.27%（n=6）。结论：本方法操作准确,可以作为控制本制剂产品质量的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish HPLC method for determining the content of peoniflorin in Danqi hemiplegia Capsule.Methods：The determination was performed on Waters XTerra column,the mobilephase consisted of acetonitrile-water-ethanoic acid（13：86：1）with flow rate at 1.0mL/min and detection wavelength at 231nm.Results：The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0.005-0.08μg for the peoniflorin（r = 0.9999）.The average recovery was 97.61% and the related standard deviation（RSD） was 2.27%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation. |
