按揉天突穴和点刺四缝穴在治疗小儿痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽上的应用

目的：观察按揉天突穴和点刺四缝穴在治疗小儿痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽上的应用效果。方法：将47例（8个月～2岁）临床诊断为痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽的患儿随机分为观察组（24例）及对照组（23例）。经过10天连续的治疗,观察两组的疗效。结果：观察组治愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组总有效率无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：在传统推拿手法和背部拔罐的基础上,注重按揉天突穴和点刺四缝穴的操作能有效加强小儿痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽的疗效。

Treatment of Infantile Cough with Phlegm-dampness Retention in Lungs by Pressing-kneading CV22 Combined with Pricking EX-UE9

Objective：To observe the effect of pressing-kneading Tiantu（RN22）and pricking Sifeng（EX-UE10）on treating infantile cough with phlegm-damp accumulation in the lung syndrome.Methods：47 cases with cough with phlegm-damp accumulation in the lung syndrome were divided into observing group（24 cases）and control group（23 cases）.The therapeutic effects of two groups were evaluated after 10 days＇ treatment.Result：curative rate of observing group was significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between the total effective rates of two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：based on the traditional Tuina manipulations and back cupping,the application of pressingkneading Tiantu（RN22）and pricking Sifeng EX-UE10 could increase the therapeutic effect of infantile cough with phlegm-damp accumulation in the lung syndrome.
