| 摘 要： | 阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer＇s disease,AD）是一种进行性发展的致死性神经退行性疾病,其主要临床表现为认知和记忆功能不断恶化,日常生活能力进行性减退,并有各种神经精神症状和行为障碍。《伤寒论》所载＂其人如狂＂之证恰与AD的主要临床表现颇为相符,＂血自下,下者愈＂也提示＂逐瘀下血＂是本病的治疗大法。《伤寒论》所载桃核承气汤一方对于AD的临床治疗效果显著。

| Abstract: | Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）is a chronic neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive memory deterioration,like learning and memory loss and ability of daily life decline. The syndrome in Shanghan Lun that a patient showed as crazy is quite conformity with clinical manifestation of AD. Eliminating blood stasis by catharsis should be main treatment method of AD origin from that healing because of bleeding below. There have significant therapeutic efficacy in treatment of AD using Taohechengqi decoction record in Shanghan Lun. |
