六君子汤合四逆散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

目的：观察六君子汤合四逆散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将71例患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例给予六君子汤合四逆散治疗,对照组33例给予西药按照标准进行治疗。均以3个月为1疗程,共治疗2疗程。结果：临床疗效总有效率治疗组为86.8%,对照组为65.7%,两组比较,差异性有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论：六君子汤合四逆散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效优于西药治疗。

Treatment Efficiency Observation on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis by Using Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Sini Powder

Objective：To observe the treatment efficiency on chronic atrophic gastritis by using Liujunzi decoction combined with Sini powder.Method：71 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.38 cases in treatment group were administered with Liujunzi decoction and Sini powder simultaneously ;33 cases in control group were treated with western medicines according to standard rules.Both groups have 2 courses of treatment with 3 months each.Results：The overall efficiency of clinical treatment is 86.8% in treatment group,while 65.7% in control group.There is significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Liujunzi decoction combined with Sini powder is better than western medicines in treatment on chronic atrophic gastritis.
