| 摘 要： | 目的：研究血压平胶囊对高脂血症大鼠的作用。方法：建立大鼠高脂血症模型,检测血压平胶囊对大鼠血清甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂肪脂蛋白（HDL-C）、低密度脂肪脂蛋白（LDL-C）、血清丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-PX）含量和活性的作用。结果：血压平胶囊可升高高脂血症大鼠的血浆HDL-C含量,降低TG、TC和LDL-C含量,增强血浆SOD和SH-PX活性,降低MDA含量。结论：血压平胶囊具有降血脂、抗氧化作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the effects of Xueyaping capsule on Experimental Hyperlipoidemia in hyperlipoidemia rats.Method ：A hyperlipoidemia model was established by feeding Wistar rats with high lipid diets for 14 days and treated with Xueyaping capsule by ig according to two different dosages of 13 and 26g/（kg·d）.Result ：Xueyaping capsule could reduce the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and MDA,enhance the levels of HDL-C and the activities of SOD and GSH -PX.Conclusion ：Xueyaping capsule was effective in preventing hyperlip idemia and improving the antioxidational ability. |
