中医体质流行病学调查信息系统的研究与应用

目的：探寻中医体质流行病学调查数据的信息化管理与自动统计分析的有效解决途径。方法：利用数据库技术与可视化技术,结合流行病学研究特点和中医体质基础理论,设计中医体质流行病学调查信息系统的总体框架。以青春期女性为研究实例,实现系统的总体设计。最后,通过具体调查工作的实际使用,验证系统的有效性和实用性。结果：本系统实现了调查数据的采集、存储、分析和可视化表达,获取了受调人群中医体质的分布规律、状况及其形成的影响因素,为未来跟踪调查工作提供了基本依据。结论：本系统能够为中医体质流行病学调查提供良好数据管理与分析平台。

Research and Application of Epidemiological Survey Information System for Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution

Objective：To explore an effective solution to the problem of information management and automatic statistical analysis for epidemiological survey on TCM constitution.Methods：Based on the technologies of database and visualization,combined with characteristics of epidemiology and basic theory of TCM constitution,the framework of epidemiological survey information system for TCM constitution is proposed.Then,aiming at adolescent females,the design plan of system is realized.Finally,through the specific epidemiological survey,the actual effect is proved,and the validation is carried out with survey data.Results：This system realized the collection,storage,analysis and visual expression of survey data.It was used to provide the basis of early data for future follow-up survey work.Conclusion：This system could provide ideal data management and analysis platform for epidemiological survey on TCM constitution.
