肠易激综合征肠道敏感性及动力异常机制研究进展

摘    要:目前肠易激综合征研究热点主要集中于5-HT及其受体5-HT3R、5-HT4R,中枢及肠道神经系统电生理。5-HT及其受体5-HT3R、5-HT4R在中枢及肠道神经系统直接或间接影响肠道动力和内分泌功能,导致中枢诱发电位及肠道电活动异常,这些中枢及外周神经系统功能的异常导致肠易激综合征肠道敏感性及动力的改变。

Abstract:The research of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) nowadays is focus on 5-HT and its receptor 5-HT3R,5-HT4R,the electrophysiology of CNS and ENS. 5-HT and its receptor 5-HT3R, 5-HT4R directly or indirectly impact on the function of bowel motility and endocrine secretion through CNS and ENS,which result in the abnormal CNS evoked potential and bowel electric activity,all of these CNS and ENS abnormal function lead to the change of bowel sensitivity and motility in IBS.
