桃红四物汤加味联合平衡罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

目的：观察桃红四物汤加味联合平衡罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法：随机将带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用中药桃红四物汤加味联合平衡罐,对照组口服消炎痛、多虑平。结果：治疗组总有效率83.3%,对照组62.5%,两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：桃红四物汤联合平衡罐是治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛有效的方法。

Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia with Taohong Siwutang and Ventouse

Objective：To explore the treatment method for neuralgia after herpes zoster.Methods：82 patients with neuralgia afar herpes zoster were divided into 2 groups,patients in termed group were treated with Taohong Siwutang and Ventouse,controls were treated with indomethaci therapy and doxepin.Results：The total effective rate of treated group was 83.3%,and the control was 62.5%.There was a significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Neuralgia after herpes zoster could be treated effectively by the method of Taohong Siwutang and Ventouse.
