慢性咽炎雾化剂含漱治疗喉源性咳嗽临床观察

目的：观察慢性咽炎雾化剂含漱治疗喉源性咳嗽的治疗效果。方法：将120例喉源性咳嗽患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例给予慢性咽炎雾化剂含漱治疗,对照组60例予复方硼砂溶液含漱治疗以观察两种方法治疗的疗效。结果：慢性咽炎雾化剂含漱治疗组60例,治愈、好转、无效分别为35、22、3例;复方硼砂溶液含漱治疗对照组60例中分别为14、28、18例;治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为95.0%、70.0%,两组疗效比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论：慢性咽炎雾化剂含漱治疗喉源性咳嗽能取得良效。

Chronic Pharyngitis Atomization Treatment Agent Gargle Laryngeal Source Sex Cough Clinical Observation

Objective：To observe the chronic pharyngitis atomization treatment agent gargle laryngeal source sex cough therapeutic effect.Methods：120 patients with laryngostenosis source sex cough patients were randomLy divided into two groups：treatment group of 60 patients with chronic pharyngitis atomization agent to 30 to 60 in treatment group and treatment containing compound borax solution to observe the therapeutic effect of two kinds of methods.Results：Chronic pharyngitis atomization agent containing 30 to 60 cases in treatment group and cure,improvement,respectively,35,22,3 cases,compound borax solution containing 30 to 60 cases in treatment group respectively,14,28,18 cases.The total effective rate in treatment group and control group,respectively,two groups of 95%,70.0% comparison,there was significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Chronic pharyngitis atomization treatment agent containing 30 laryngeal source sex can achieve cough.
