| 摘 要： | 应用组织化学，免疫组织化学法检查肝内胆管细胞癌（CCC,n=10)，肝细胞性肝癌（HCC，n=93)及混合型肝癌（CCC＋HCC,n=5)的纤维间质增生状况及形成机理。发现CCC与CCC＋HCC标本间质常用机纤维母细胞增生及纤维化，HCC则否。提出CCC与CCC＋HCC间质纤维化系由肌纤维母细胞增生分泌间质物质而成。

| Abstract: | We used the cases of Cholangio-carcinoma(CCC,n=10),hepatocellular carcinotna (HCC,n=93)and mixed cholangio-hepatocellular carcinoma(CCC+HCC,n=5). Histochemistry and immunohistochemistry were used to examine the state of stroma fibrosis and the mechanisms of its formation on the cases. Histochemical stainings revealed that 9/10 of CCC , and 4/5 of CCC + HCC but only 3/90 cases of HCC had stroma fibrosis.Immunohistochemically,there was proliferation of SMA positive stroma cell(myofibroblast) in the fibrotic CCC or CCC + HCC cases.No obvious myofibroblast proliferation in the non-fibrotic HCC cases. We conclude that the stroma fibrosis of CCC is the result of SMA positive myofibroblast proliferation and its stroma production. |
