幽门螺杆菌感染与1型糖尿病胰岛素及C肽分泌

摘    要:目的了解HP感染对1型糖尿病胰岛素及C肽分泌的影响,从而找出HP感染与1型糖尿病胰岛素分泌的相关性。方法1型糖尿病患者80例,其中HP阳性患者49例,平均年龄(19±10.43)岁。HP阴性1型糖尿病患者31例,平均年龄(18±11.07)岁。检测患者的胰岛素、C肽水平,并进行比较。结果空腹及餐后1、2h胰岛素水平,HP阳性组明显低于HP阴性组。空腹及餐后1hC肽水平,HP阳性组明显低于HP阴性组。两组比较,餐后3h胰岛素及餐后2、3hC肽水平差异无显著性。结论HP感染影响1型糖尿病空腹及餐后胰岛素及C肽的分泌。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relation between HP infection and insulin secretion of type 1 diabetes. Methods Of 80 type 1 diabetes cases, 49 cases were HP-positive patients, 28 males, 21 females, 9-43 years old, mean age 19±10.43; 31 cases were HP-negative diabetes patients, 17 males, 15 females, 8-41 years old, mean age 18±11.07, all patients were detected the insulin and C peptide levels. Results By comparing the results of insulin and C peptide of fasting and postprandial between HP-positive and HP-negative group: the fasting and the postprandial at first hour and postprandial at second hour insulin level of HP-positive group was significantly lower than that of another group. The fasting and the postprandial at first hour C peptide level of HP-positive group was significantly lower than that of another group. There was no statistics difference about postprandial at third hour insulin level, postprandial at second hour and postprandial at third hour C peptide level between the two groups. Conclusion HP infection affects secretion of insulin and C peptide of fasting and postprandial.
