山东省大学生肺活量现状及10年变化趋势

目的]了解山东省大学生肺活量的现状及近10年的发展趋势,为改善大学生体质状况提供依据。方法]按《中国学生体质健康调查研究测试细则》要求,固定专人测量肺活量。结果]2005年山东省19～22岁大学生肺活量城男、城女、乡男、乡女分别为3 533 ml、2 049 ml、3 410 ml和1 908 ml,肺活量/体重指数分别为54.43、38.24、54.91和36.64。1995-2005年的10年间,肺活量和肺活量/体重指数都出现明显下降。结论]山东省大学生肺功能发育不良,应采取以加强体育锻炼为主导的综合干预措施。

THE STATUS QUO OF VITAL CAPACITY OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AND THE TREND IN RECENT TEN YEARS IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

Objective]To find out the status quo of vital capacity of university students in Shandong Province and the trend in recent ten years,so as to provide evidence for evaluating the health conditions of students.Method]Some doctors were assigned to measure vital capacity of the students according to the instructions laid down in"Detailed Testing Regulations of the Investigation of the Physique of Chinese Students".Results]In 2005,the vital capacities of the urban male students,urban female students,rural male students and rural female students,who aged from 19 to 22,were 3 533 ml,2 049 ml,3 410 ml and 1 908 ml respectively.The ratios of vital capacity/weight were respectively 54.43,38.24,54.91 and 36.64.During 1995-2005,there had been a dramatic decrease in the vital capacity and the ratio of vital capacity/weight.Conclusions]There exists hypogenesis of lung among the university students in Shandong Province.Therefore,comprehensive intervention measures dominant by physical exercises should be adopted.
