桂枝茯苓丸对小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的：研究桂枝茯苓丸（GFW）的免疫调节作用。方法：用单克隆抗体检测实验小鼠药物处理前后T细胞总数及来群变化；用试剂盒检测小鼠血血清IL－2水平。结果：GFW能增加T细胞总数，并调整T细胞数亚群紊乱；提升IL－2水平，结论：GFW对免疫功能低下小鼠具有免疫刺激和免疫调节作用，为临床应用提供了实验依据。

Influence of GFW on the Immune Function in Mice

GFW is an important decoction of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis (Huo Xue Hua Yu), and used in clinic for treating syndromes of stasis. There is reported that GFW possesses the effect of immunostimulation and immunoregulation, but its mechanism is unclear. The study indicated that GFW possesses the effect of immunostimulation and immunoregulation in aspects of Cell-mediated immunity and Molecular immunity. It discussed mechanism of immunostimulation and immunoregulation according to change total of T cell and subsets in mice and level of IL-2 in sera. The results showed that GFW could raise the T cell count and regulate the T cell subsets disorder, elevate level of IL-2. GFW possesses the effect of immunostimulation and immunoregulation in treating immunosuppressive mice. This study provides the experimental basis for clinical application of GFW.
