摘    要:目的评估异体脱钙骨基质作为组织工程化人工肋骨支架的可行性.为今后全胸壁缺损的骨性修复提供理论基础和实验依据。方法通过Micro-CT、扫描电镜观察猪脱钙骨基质的大体三维结构。通过细胞黏附实验观察猪脱钙骨基质对于异种骨髓基质干细胞的黏附情况.最后通过比较正常人肋骨与猪脱钙骨基质的力学性能评估其作为组织工程人工肋骨支架的可行性。结果Micro-CT和扫描电镜示猪脱钙骨基质具有良好的孔隙率和互相连通的孔径结构。细胞黏附实验显示细胞在猪脱钙骨基质表面生长良好。力学测试显示猪脱钙骨基质具有良好的力学性能.与人正常肋骨相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),因此可以用于修复具有弧度的肋骨缺损。结论猪脱钙骨基质可以作为组织工程人工肋骨的支架。
