中西医结合治疗挫伤性前房积血的疗效观察

目的观察中药佐治外伤性前房积血的临床效果。方法将98例(109眼)外伤性前房积血的患者随机分为中联合组(56眼)和对照组(53眼)各49例。对照组采用西医常规处理(制动、止血、应用甘露醇、地塞米松及纤维溶解剂等),联合组在西医常规疗法的基础上,加服中药治疗。观察积血吸收时间、视力恢复情况。结果①联合组20d积血完全吸收48眼,平均吸收时间9.132d,中位时间7d。对照组完全吸收47眼,平均吸收时间12.518d,中位时间13d,差异有统计学意义,χ2=5.461,P=0.019。②治疗后两组患者视力均有不同程度恢复,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义,P=0.000。结论中西医结合治疗挫伤性前房积血的效果优于单纯西医治疗。

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Medicine as An Adjuvant Treatment on Contusion Hyphema

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese Medicine as an adjuvant treatment on contusion hyphema.Methods 98 cases（108 eyes） with contusion hyphema were randomly divided into combination group（56 eyes） and control group（53 eyes）.The control group were treated by routine western medicine such as immobilization,hemostatic,administration of mannitol,dexamethasone and fibrinolytic agent,et al.The combination group plus Chinese Medicine based on routine western medicine.Absorption time for hyphema and vision were record.Results ①20-day total absorption of hyphema were 48 eyes in combination group,mean absorption time were 9.132 days,median absorption time were 7 day.Total absorption of hyphema were 47 eyes in Control group,mean absorption time were 12.518 days,median absorption time were 13 day.There was significancybetween two groups,χ2=5.461,P=0.019.②The vision were improved significantly after the treatment in two groups,P=0.000.Conclusion The effect of the combined Chinese and western medicines on contusion hyphema is better than the western medicines.
