丹红注射液治疗急性冠脉综合征临床研究

目的:观察丹红注射液对急性冠状动脉综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2011年3月～2012年9月收治的60例急性冠状动脉综合征患者,随机将他们分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用常规治疗加用丹红注射液、对照组采用常规治疗,分别治疗2周后观察临床疗效及心电图变化。结果:治疗组30例患者的临床疗效改善明显,总有效率94.8%明显高于对照组的75.6%(P0.05);并且治疗组的心电图ST-T及T波倒置改善优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗急性冠状动脉综合征安全有效。

Clinical research on treating acute coronary syndrome by Danhong injection

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection in treating acute coronary syndrome. Methods： 60 patients with acute coronary syndrome collected from March 2011 to September 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with conventional therapy plus Danhong injection, the control group was given only conventional therapy. After two weeks treatment, the clinical efficacy and ECG changes were investigated. Results： The clinical efficiency of the treatment group was 94.8%, significantly higher than 75.6%, that of the control group （P〈0.05）. And ST-T and T-wave inversion .in ECG of the treatment group improved better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Danhong injection is safe and effective in treating acute coronary syndrome.
