| 摘 要： | 用四氯化碳（ＣＣｌ４）和扑热息痛（ＡＡＰ）造成的小鼠肝损伤模型，观察凤翔乙肝康胶囊对肝损伤的影响。结果表明：该药能对抗ＣＣｌ４和ＡＡＰ所致肝脏丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）的升高和还原型谷胱甘肽（ＧＳＨ）的耗竭。凤翔乙肝康０．４５ｇ／ｋｇ还能降低血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ＳＡＬＴ）的活力（Ｐ＜０．０５）。组织形态学观察表明：凤翔乙肝康０．４５、０．９和１．８ｇ／ｋｇ均能明显减轻ＣＣｌ４所致肝脂肪变性（Ｐ＜０．０５）

| Abstract: | Pectective effect of Fengxiang Yigankang(FXYGK)capsule against hepatotoxicity induced by CCI.and acetaminophen(AAP)was studied.It was found that the FXYGK capsule inhibited markedly malonic aldehyde(MDA)formation of liver induced by CCl4 and AAP.It blocked also depletion of reduced form of glutathione(GSH)of damaged liver induced by AAP.In addition,FXYGK could decrease serum alanine aminotransferase levels induced by CCl4(P<0.05).The results of histopathological examination showed that the FXYGK capsule(0.45,0.9 and 1.8 g/kg)could also reduce significantly fatty degeneration of liver(P<0.05). |
