抗神经梅毒联合糖皮质激素治疗晚期梅毒血清固定

目的探讨抗神经梅毒联合糖皮质激素能否有效快速降低晚期梅毒血清固定患者TRUST滴度及安全性。方法将晚期梅毒血清固定患者随机分为A、B组,C组为梅毒初治患者,A组应用抗神经梅毒联合糖皮质激素治疗,B、C组常规苄星青霉素治疗。结果 TRUST滴度A组7例及C组10例均下降,而B组10例无下降,A、B组二者构成比有显著性差异(P<0.01);A与C组构成比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。A组滴度改变所需时间(15.14±5.58)天,与C组(66.63±33.12)天比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论抗神经梅毒联合糖皮质激素治疗能有效快速降低晚期梅毒血清固定患者TRUST滴度;有一定不良反应,但患者能耐受。

Anti-neurosyphilis combined with glucocorticoids for sero-fixation of patients with late syphilis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy,safety,and the time of the TRUST titer fast descending with the medicine of anti-neuosyphilitic agents and glucocorticoid in treatment of patients with late syphilis.Methods Sero-fixation of patients with late syphilis were randomly divided into A and B groups.C group made up of patients with syphilis in first teatment.There were 7,10 and 9 cases in A,B and C groups.The patients of the A group were treated with the medicine of anti-neurosyphilis and glucocorticoids.The ones of the B and the C groups were treated with benzithine penicillin.Results There were all TRUST titer descending in 7 cases of A group and 10 cases of C group after treatment,while nobody of TRUST titer descending in B group.There was significant difference between A and B groups(P<0.01),but no significant difference between A and C groups(P>0.05).It spent(15.14±5.58) days and(66.63±33.12) days of TRUST titer descending in A and C groups,and it was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The TRUST titer can be fast descended with the medicine of antineurosyphilis and glucocorticoids in treatment of patients with late syphilis.
