| 摘 要： | 目的 客观评估Ｈｙｐｏ Ｔｅａｒ Ｇｅｌ对治疗某些眼表疾病的临床效果。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法将研究方法将研究对象６０例（６０只眼）随机分为治疗组（采用Ｈｙｐｏ Ｔｅａｒ Ｇｅｌ）及对照组（采用人工泪液滴眼液）各３０例,分别观察２组患者的临床效果。。结果 治疗组显效２０效（６７％）,有效７例（２３％）,总有效２７例（９０．％）;对照组的显效７例（２３％）,有效１０例（３３％）总有效１７例（５６％）

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of HypoTear Gel for the treatment of ocular surface diseases.Methods Sixty patients(60 eyes)with ocular diseases were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups (30 cases,30 eyes each).The therapeutic group was treated with HypoTear Gel and the control group was treated with artificial tears.Their effects were observed and compared.Results All patients were treated and followed up for two to four weeks.The 27 eyes(90%) in therapeutic group were effective,17 eyes(56%) in control group were effective.The effective rate in therapeutic group was significantly higher than that in control group( P <0.01).Conclusion The HypoTear Gel is an effective and safe drug in treatment of ocular surface diseases. |
