国内联用曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛随机对照试验的Meta分析

目的：评价联用曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：对国内联用曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的对照研究进行全面调查,对10项随机对照试验进行meta分析。结果：①采用随机效应模型对24h心绞痛发作次数进行比较：χ2=175.25,WMD=-1.61（-1.76,-1.47）;②采用固定效应模型对S-T段下降的最大幅度进行比较：χ2=6.41,WMD=-0.051（-0.05,-0.04）;③采用随机效应模型对24 h总缺血时间进行比较：χ2=125.15,WMD=-6.66（-8.52,-4.80）。结论：联用曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效优于目前常规治疗药物。

Meta - analysis of randomized controlled trials of trimetazidine combined in treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of trimetazidine used in combination in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods：all literature on randomized controlled trials for trimetazidine combined in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris was retrieved and was statistically processed by meta analysis.Results：Attack episodes was significantly fewer than that of control group by random effect model [χ2=175.25,WMD=-1.61（-1.76,-1.47）];maximal amplitude of decline was less than that of control group by fixed effect model [χ2=6.41,WMD=-0.051（-0.05,-0.04）];and total duration time of myocardial ischemia was less than that of control group by random effect model [χ2=125.15,WMD=-6.66（-8.52,-4.80）].Conclusion：trimetazidine combined is more effective than the traditional medication.
