| 摘 要： | 目的观察射频热凝靶点消融术联合臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗效果。方法选择124例腰椎间盘突出症患者，采用射频热凝靶点消融术联合臭氧注射治疗。结果本组效果优53例，良65例，差4例，无效2例。优良率为95．1％（53／65例），有效率为98％。结论腰椎间盘突出症采用射频热凝靶点消融术联合臭氧注射治疗，疗效确切、并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of radiofrequency target thermocoagulation ablation and O3 injected into intradisc on lumbar intervertebral disc herniaion. Methods One hundred and twenty four patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation diagnosed by CT or MRI were treated with radiofrequency target thermocoagulation ablation and O3 injected into intradisc. Results In the 124 patients, 53 patients acquired excellent effect, 65 patients good effect, 4 patients poor effect and 2 cases failure. The excellent and good rate was 95.1%, the effective rate was 98%. Conclusion Radiofrequency target thermocoagulation ablation and O3 intradisc injected are effective method for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. |
