155株鲍曼不动杆菌的分布和耐药性特征

目的：了解医院鲍曼不动杆菌的感染分布和耐药性特征.方法：对医院2010年临床送检各种标本中分离出的鲍曼不动杆菌做临床分布和耐药性性分析.结果：共155株鲍曼不动杆菌,主要分离于类标本,主要分布于ICU,神经内科和呼吸内科,在所有抗菌药物中主要对阿米卡星（占20％）、亚胺培南（占38.3％）、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦（占39.9％）敏感,对其他抗菌药物有较高耐药率.检出泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌23株.结论：鲍曼不动杆菌对阿米卡星、亚胺培南敏感,对其他抗菌药物严重耐药,临床应加强监测合理用药.

Distrubution and Drug Resistance of 155 Acinetobacter Baumannii

Objective： To investigate the cinical clistrubition and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in our hospital.Methods： The samples concerning Acinetobaeter baumannii infection In 2010 were retrospective analyzed. Results： 155 strains of Acinetohaeter baumannii were isolated, most of strains come from sputum. The infection of Acinetobacter baumannii mainly happen in ICU, aural sursery department and respiratory department. The Drug resistance rate of Amikacin（20 % ）, and Imipenem （38.3 % ）and Piperaeillintazobactam（39.9 % ） were the lowest among most of antibiotics, other antibiotic showed bighter drug resistance. Conclusions： Acinetobaeter baumannii were sensitive to Amikacin, Imipenem and Piperacillintazobactam, but against various other antibiotics. Clinical staff should strengthen antibiotic resistance monitoring and choose antibiotic rationality.
