胆红素与脑梗塞和脑出血的关系研究

摘    要:目的:探讨胆红素与脑梗塞和脑出血的关系.方法:分析105例脑梗塞和105例脑出血患者的临床资料及胆红素含量.采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)对所有患者的神经功能缺损程度进行2次评分,分为恶化组和好转组.结果:脑梗塞组总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素含量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义.脑出血组总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素含量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义.总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素的含量与脑梗塞组、脑出血组的短期预后无统计学意义.结论:脑梗塞组和脑出血组胆红素水平均高于正常对照组.

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the relationship between bilirubin with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Analyses of the clinical data and the levels of bilirubin of 105 patients with cerebral infarc- tion and 105 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were conducted. The neurological function score of NIHSS was assessed in these patients just on the day when they were admitted. Scoring was repeated after 15 days treat- ments in patients with cerebral infarction, and after 21 days treatments in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Deterioration was defined as the difference percent between two scoring is less than 17 % or the patients died. Otherwise, improvement was defined. Results:The levels of TC, DBIL, IBIL in cerebral infarction group were higher than those in control group, The differences was of statistical significance; The levels of TC, Direct bilirubin, Indirect hilirubin in cerebral hemorrhage group were higher than those in control group, The differ- ences was of statistical significance; The levels of TBIL, DBIL, IBIL were not correlated with short- term prognosis of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage group. There was no statistical significance. Conclusion: Levels of TBIL, DBIL, IBIL were higher than those in control group. There was no relationship between con- tent of bilirubin with short - term prognosis of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.
